Job Summary

A growing beauty and skincare brand in Akala is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate must be skilled in creating engaging beauty content and managing social media pages professionally. You will be responsible for producing videos/photos, developing content ideas, and handling the brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• l Create quality videos and photos for product showcases, tutorials, reviews, and customer features
• l Plan, schedule, and post content using a content calendar
• l Post content consistently and manage the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook pages
• l Edit videos and graphics using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom, etc.
• l Engage with customers online (comments, messages, enquiries)
• l Track insights/analytics and prepare simple weekly performance updates
• l Keep up with social media trends and use trending audio for visibility
• l Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and in-store content
• l Maintain an organized media library
• l Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and image

Requirements

• l Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field.
• l 1-3 years’ experience in content creation or social media management , preferably within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
• l Strong videography, photography, and editing skills
• l Confident in front of the camera and passionate about beauty content
• l Smart, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision
• l Must live around Akala Express or nearby locations
