Motion Designer/Animator

About the Role

A creative agency is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Designer/Animator to join its team on a full-time, remote basis.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate with the creative team to transform concepts, scripts, campaign ideas, and client briefs into engaging visual content for digital platforms.

This role is suitable for a creative professional who can combine technical proficiency with strong artistic judgment to produce polished, compelling, and brand-aligned visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for campaigns, advertisements, social media, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content that meets the agency’s creative and technical standards.
• Translate creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, creative directors, and other team members on client and internal projects.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, transitions, typography animations, and other visual elements required for production.
• Incorporate sound effects, music, voice-overs, and other audio elements into video and animation projects where necessary.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative production, animation, ideation, and delivery.
• Ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with the client’s brand identity and project objectives.
• Manage multiple creative assignments while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Review and refine animations based on feedback from clients and members of the creative team.
• Export and optimize visual content for different platforms, screen sizes, formats, and social media requirements.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient production workflow.
