Full-Stack Developer (Java & React)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Java and React to join an international development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reliable web applications across both backend and frontend systems.
This role is ideal for a developer who can work independently, take ownership of technical tasks, collaborate effectively with distributed teams, and confidently propose practical solutions to complex development challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build secure and reliable backend services using Java 8/11, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases to store and manage application data.
- Contribute to microservices-based systems and cloud-hosted applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and properly documented code.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an international environment.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and recommend effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience with Java 8 or Java 11.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Solid frontend development experience with React.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of modern software development principles and best practices.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Experience using Git and other modern software development tools.
- Good understanding of software testing, debugging, and application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within an international team.
- Strong sense of ownership, independence, and initiative.
- Confidence to propose, explain, and implement technical solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies.
- Previous experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
