Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that help businesses streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce repetitive manual tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting business applications, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, email platforms, online forms, and social media tools, to create efficient and reliable automation solutions.

This role is ideal for a technically confident professional with hands-on experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and troubleshooting, who can independently develop solutions and communicate technical processes clearly to non-technical clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated business workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• Integrate CRM systems, email services, online forms, and social media platforms to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify repetitive business processes and develop automation solutions that reduce manual workload.
• Configure and manage integrations between third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
• Monitor existing automation workflows, troubleshoot errors, and resolve technical issues independently.
• Optimize workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
• Explain automation processes and technical solutions clearly to clients without technical backgrounds.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive client information and proprietary business systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows.
• Practical knowledge of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party application integrations.
• Experience connecting CRM platforms, email systems, forms, and other business applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to designing reliable workflows.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect confidential client information and proprietary systems.
