Job Summary

TNW Marketing is looking for a dedicated and highly organised Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, communication, and coordination support to its team.

The successful candidate will manage emails, schedules, CRM records, invoices, onboarding activities, and other day-to-day administrative responsibilities. This is a fully remote role requiring consistent availability during standard UK business hours.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Organise team calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduled activities.
Update and maintain accurate customer information within the company’s CRM platform.
Follow up on outstanding documentation, invoices, and administrative requirements.
Assist with invoice processing and basic financial administration.
Support the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Coordinate tasks and activities among team members to improve productivity.
Prepare, organise, and maintain digital documents and company records.
Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant team members when required.
Assist with data entry, research, reporting, and other administrative assignments.
Handle company and customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide general operational support as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

One to three years of relevant administrative or virtual-assistance experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and accountability.
High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office applications.
Good knowledge of email, calendar, document, and spreadsheet tools.
Stable internet connection and a suitable remote-working environment.
Availability to work during standard UK business hours.
